Plasma cut profiles

Multiclad Alloys also offer our wear plate cut into profiles and tiles. Plasma is the preferred method of cutting wear plate. We have a variety of plasma cutters in our workshop including our 160A and 200A machines.  

We work with a variety of CAD packages giving us the flexibility and advantage of being able to make and modify customer DXF files and drawings. 

We are happy to accept inquiries in any form - any CAD format, drawings, a hand sketch or a verbal description of the required profile. 

If the shape is irregular, please specify which side it to be hardfaced.
